WESTow park community garden
From what was a brambly and overgrown corner of the park in February 2012, we have now created an award-winning garden! In October 2012 we found out that we had won the Capital Growth "People's Garden" competition because of the wide range of activities and community engagement.
During the Winter months we will be meeting every Saturday at the Garden 11-1pm with a range of activities to carry out, for both experienced gardeners and complete beginners. There's been a great turn out, with loads of fun and a real community spirit. Come along and be part of it !
The Garden is located in Westow Park (Go through The Entrance at Secret Garden, walk along the path about forty metres and go off the path and up the hill to your left. We are in the most Southernly corner of the park.)
